Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days. To maintain the quality of FAIL Streetwear garments, we recommend washing them inside out at low temperatures (max 30°C) and avoiding the dryer. Do not iron directly on the prints and use gentle detergents. By following these simple precautions, your garments will maintain their color, shape, and comfort over time.
