You can return any FAIL Streetwear item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, or undamaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days. To maintain the quality of FAIL Streetwear garments, we recommend washing them inside out at low temperatures (max 30°C) and avoiding the dryer. Do not iron directly on the prints and use gentle detergents. By following these simple precautions, your garments will maintain their color, shape, and comfort over time.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via tracked courier . You will receive an email with a link to track your package until delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, generally between 3 and 10 business days . Any duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are indicated at checkout.
